Condo on the Bay Remodel

The homeowner has owned her condo for twenty years and was ready for an update.  They entertain a lot, and the goal was to update the kitchen and entertainment center.  We went with a modern, welcoming vibe.  A portion of the kitchen is open to the living room and has beautiful views of the bay. We lowered the island to one level for a more spacious feel and it provides lots of space for party platters.  The floating entertainment center with under cabinet lighting help set the mood and the acoustic slat wood wall absorbs sound.  The mirrored back bookshelves provide optimal space for displaying all her treasures. Additional seating was added to accommodate more guests.  A bonus was creating a dedicated bar area with gorgeous glass tiles that adds the perfect pop of color.  Cocktails anyone? My client loves her new space, they’ve been hosting gatherings and are always eager to show it off.
